Hosted Email Provider Everyone.net Names New Executives
to Support Growth Goals
 
San Jose, CA — May 17, 2005— Everyone.net, a leading provider of hosted email, to over 1 million paid mailboxes worldwide today announced that Naresh Makhijani has been appointed Chief Operating Officer, and that Michael Benham has been appointed to the newly-created position of Vice President of Finance and Administration. Makhijani and Benham each bring over 20 years' management experience to Everyone.net.
 
Makhijani comes to Everyone.net from SAVID LLC, a consulting firm that provides market development and product strategy services to technology companies. Prior to SAVID, Makhijani was Vice President and General Manager at DIVA Systems, a Video-On-Demand system provider for digital cable, where he oversaw development.

Makhijani also served in management roles at companies including Geocast, Space Systems/Loral, and Hughes/Boeing.

Prior to joining Everyone.net, Benham was CFO of Homes.com, Inc, an online solution provider for the real estate industry where he stabilized the Company's financial position and reengineered the finance department during the company's reorganization.

Prior to Homes.com, Benham was CFO of Virtual Rain, Inc. and held a variety of financial management positions at Varian Associates, Inc.
